When requesting a warranty claim please provide your

• Full name
• Shipping address
• Contact email
• Contact phone number
• Order number
• Reason for warranty claim
• Picture of warranty damage or failure 

Warranties are not transferable 

• We reserve the right to only warranty the original owner / purchaser of the equipment.
• We cannot validate the history of items bought second hand or used on Ebay, Facebook marketplace, garage sales, or other second hand selling.

In the majority of cases the warranty process is fast and easy with us sending you replacement parts, or Hunting Beast Gear providing an RMA return and then repair the equipment for the customer.

Warranty claims are subject to product return policy.
